I just love reading the thoughts of brilliant people. Thanks for sharing this interview! As for a book that I find myself coming back to? I would have to say The Magicians by Lev Grossman. My twenties were painful and having a character to suffer alongside made things sting just a tiny bit less. I still pick it up when times get a little rough.
What a smart and wise person! I’ll be looking for her books that I haven’t red. I lover her thought about being a ghost on a street corner. My family history is full of ghosts and spirits that accompany us for centuries. I hope to be one of the those ghosts for my family and hope I will be able to help them at times. But I’m down with helping random strangers, too.
