I am not sure that I have enough time to read all the books you mentioned, but the "other wonderful things" happened - I was listening to Rosie Goldsmith's interview with lovely Joanna Rakoff (I am curious about her Russian last name) about her new memoir "My Salinger Year," which was published very recently in march of 2024. Thank you very much for this information.

Oh, I understood about collector's edition because it was published only in limited copies and every copy had a number, like Joanna's copy # was 360 or something. It's the honorable edition for a young writer's career. And she looks young and beautiful I missed her memoir to read, that's why it's new to me. Thank you, Jane.
